A scene in Hawaii overlooking the ocean, with the dramatic sky reflected in an infinity pool.

It had been a while since I did any large scale oil painting!

This was done with oil paints on 30"x40" canvas.

XD Especially seeing the comments, it's amusing that in today's level of technology, impressive things like this can get overlooked because they end up being done TOO well, and then people assume shortcuts were used to accomplish them, trivializing the result. :)

OMG... when I saw the thumbnail, I thought it was a real pic (and you were chillin' in Hawaii!). This is incredible detail and accuracy for all the lighting. Okay, so... I've just sat here for a couple minutes trying to think of the words to do this justice and I just don't have words for it. Your art skills have left me speechless.
